While I won't claim to know a lot about cars, because I don't, but I do know that putting in aftermarket Cattman Headers on a 5th gen maxima eliminates 2 precats before my main cat, and you gain about 10whp...A number that I consider pretty nice to come from a single bolt-on mod.

yup you don't know anything about a 2000 maxima. if you had a 2003, and you got headers, that's a different story...tell me, what's the gains on a 2000 maxima with cattman headers..JUST headers?

now if you were referring to headers + a Y PIPE, then you'll be getting rid of the precats.. now tell me, what do you know about a 2000 exhaust?

And when you get Headers...you usually have to get a y-pipe that is unique to the set of headers..unless you're buying some cheap obx **** that has the same shorty header design as the stock manifolds. Now what do you know about a 2k max?

let's see. i think i know more about a max than you do.. i know not to put an intake so that it sucks in air right behind the cooler fans ....

also, do you know the difference between a cali spec or a fed spec...
hint- google it... i believe you must have a cali spec. i have a fed spec.. that is why i have precats on the y-pipe not the headers...

indeed they do.. what you failed to realize is that with the differences of the two specs, the precats are in different locations.. and actually, the maxima is the first car i've owned..and modded....
and to your claim that i'm a loser...ok? that's the best you can do?
