get the second gen and do a obd change over. i have seen obd1 B16s beat on LS swaps and I have seen a obd0 b16 get beat on by an LS swap

as long as the power output is the same, and the engines are in similar, good, running condition, you WILL NOT know the difference between a 1g and a 2g B16.
I actually agree with you on getting on OBD1 engine, though. However, not because it's "faster." It's simply more tunable. Just about any firmware you want to tune with is available for an OBD1 honda.
yeah, thats what i was thinking too, that the OBD1 engine will have more potential tunning.

im not a fan of pulling out a good motor for a swap....but since u have a sohc..it doesnt matter...lol
id say put the 2k into the car as it is...body wise.. if it needs it, than get a motor..

yeah, ive heard the tow hook sht sooo many times! lol. i only have it there still to piss people off now! jk.. but yeah, the body needs sum work (SiR front?) HMO has the hood, fenders , headlights, filler, bumper for $700. its not in stock right now though.
oh, btw, i was gunna get sum Benen hooks but the guy never picked his phone up last night when i called him back. front and back too... i wanted them real bad. dont worry guys, ill put them in the right spot!
