    Default has anybody ever....

    turned a regular lancer into a sleeper by just swapping out the motor for an evo one?

    i was just thinking about this the other day while i was sitting in a parking lot and saw a lancer

    soooooo?

    It would be more trouble than it's worth IMO. You would have to change Motor and all things associated, Transmission and all things associated, axles, hubs, rotors.

    Like I said: it would be easier to change the hood, trunk and rims from an Evo to a lancer

    Best bet is to just convert an Evo into a Lancer! It will save you time and money in the long run.
