Wheel adaptation help!

I was wondering what whould I need to adapt this Toyota Mr2 wheels to my civic? I heard of spacers....? would this be the way to go? Need some help on the subject thanks for looking.

by how much is the center to small. if not that much get some sand paper out and do it your self. thats what my friend did to make chevy 6 lug rims fit on his nissan 720.
