    kia/hyundai do this all the time.
    i've seem them imitate lexus, honda, nissan, and i think a couple others as well.

    big deal. manufacturers do it all the time. I suppose they could all be like the subaru wrx/mistu lancer designers and make something so f*cking ugly, nobody would claim it was ripped off of anything.
