who has a civic hybrid?

im thinking of ditching/trading in this explorer i have and getting a hybrid. just wanted to see who else has one and what they think of it, would you recommend anyone getting one? if i do, it will more than likely be a 07 or 08 new. if im going to get one i want the sh1t back on taxes! im not getting it for any other reason but a family vehicle. which will be a wife and 2 kids. mainly want to know if its worth getting for the gas you save, and if you really save as much as they are listed as saving

what are hybrid cars? my explorer? no theyre not hybrids, atleast mine isnt. ive never had one. i wanted a civic hybrid, but i ended up just getting myself a civic vx, probably the next best thing
