So just saying LSVTEC doesnt mean much.

What Rods
WHat Intake Manifold
What Compression
Do you have valvetrain
What is the car being used for

Most Stock blocks i like SKunk2 Stage 1s or Skunk2 PRO1s if you want to do valvetrain.

For most of the setups on here, Pro1s are plenty big enough
