u got the right idea for the pan if it is an aluminum pan, but if it is not drill a whole and put the fitting in and just weld it= no leak for life. u need a THREE way fitting from lowes to run the vacuum line from bov to waste gate to mani.

Use bulkhead NA fittings like this one: http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku

No weld, and in case down the road you no longer have turbo, you could cap it off using AN cap: http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku

It is as good as weld. I'm doing the same way to my car.

Personally, I just dont like the fact of knowing that I have JB Weld holding something together underneath my car. I went ahead and had mine welded on frome both sides. I can still cap it off with an AN fitting later if I need, plus I can sleep easier at night knowing that it's not going anywhere. But....that's just my $0.02

Hook it up anywhere from behind the throttle body. Anywhere where this is vacuum... When you let off the throttle you will get vacuum instead of boost... that vacuum opens the piston in the BOV which gives you the whoosh.
