Really dumb question...
Im tired so i figure this is prob a dumb question. In my LS/vtec build im using RS machines pistons (b18c5 pistons.. dont remember the code and im to tired to look it up). They have the valve reliefs on the pistons but the head was previous milled down and i was wondering what the chances were on p to v contact? I know i should have it clayed before final assembly but was just curious.
Oh and as i right now ill be running stock GSR cams.
I actually had that happen before but it was in an LS motor. Milling on the head wasn't done right and the pistons started hitting the valves and the motor lost compression. Sad times. Just thought I would share in case it helps any.
WIth stock cams, unless the head was milled like 80 thousandths, youll be fine

KK thanks man. The guy thats doing my assembly/machine work takes a LONG time to do stuff cuz hes the only one there. So i didnt really want to leave my motor with him for another 2 months.Originally Posted by Mr. KiDD
