    Default spec v question

I bought my car not too long ago and notice a liquid sealant sealing the cams. Does anyone know what could have been done to it?

Sealing the cams? No clue. Got any pics?

The only problems I've noticed about the Spec V's QR25DE powerplant is that you should replace the header ASAP due to pre-cat disintegration and you should locktite the butterfly screws on the throttle body since they can come undone and get sucked into the engine.
