even for the 37k model, after tax tags and title, you're still looking at 40

be real for a second! yes the viper is nice but you gotta think about a car buyer that could: have kids, a dog, room for a bike, skies, ect.

there's a reason the sti has 4drs and 4seats and costs under 40k new.

Even though it's an Sti, its still a Subaru and a subaru buyer cares about more than just acceleration, braking, cornering. Things like fuel economy and luggage space matter too!

i hate the 07's... the 06 is better!

    why

    1. Headlights/taillights better
    2. IHI VF39 in 06
    3. Really Stupid armrest extension that prevents you from shifting properly!
    4. Ugly Green radio display on '07
    5. Cheaper Rear Lower control arms on '07
    6. Wheels actually say BBS on 06

Isn't the VF43 better than the 39? I heard that the only reason they changed it was to stop bost creep, is this true? And what about the gears? Longer FTW! Lol But I didn't know about the rest, the weaker control arm would concern me though, I guess alot of Subaru employees doesn't tell you all the differences when you ask

I'd rather pay $40k for an STi fully loaded than the same price for that Honda Civic type R sedan that Mr.KiDD posted a while back. Hands down.

    K series 626. That's right. It's got a K in it.

the STI starts msrp at 35k but you know dealerships will be kinda iffy cause they'll say they're brand new. I think evo's start at 35 or so for gsr and mr is 40k.

atleast i get the subaru guaranteed trade in and i get invoice
