I think if you guys didn't own Subies right now, and didn't have Subie fanboyism, you WOULD go as far as to call it ugly. That thing is hideous! I mean, I am probably overglorifying the Mazda myself but looking at the STi standalone, that swoopy front fender bulge is horrible, the front fascia looks like it was inspired by the plain-as-a-sheet of paper guys at Toyota (before their styling department rolled out the finally-somewhat bold Camry). I mean, the fact that it is a hatchback isn't the worst part. It's the butt ugly styling.
