    Atleast, depending on how many points. For all you know, it could be a year depending on your driving record, type of vehicle, and whether or not the cop stated if you were hostile or polite.

    Being your first offense, you could be settle for 6 month suspension. Again depending on the type of vehicle, attitude toward the officier, rank of officier and other variables.

    umm if you committed the offense BEFORE they changed the law then they cannot charge you with it. look up "Principle of Legality". its one of the 7 principles of criminal law. it states "no crime can be commited nor punishment imposed without a PRE-EXISTING penal law." they had to have changed that law before you did the u-turn. sorry bout the crim justice lesson.. just got out of class
