    not sure, never had one sent to me, but i do know once you get it you have a week to take it to the DMV. also your suspension term does not start till you give it to them

    Atleast, depending on how many points. For all you know, it could be a year depending on your driving record, type of vehicle, and whether or not the cop stated if you were hostile or polite.

    Being your first offense, you could be settle for 6 month suspension. Again depending on the type of vehicle, attitude toward the officier, rank of officier and other variables.
