If nothing else, at least find a reputiple lawyer to consult with. They usually charge just to talk to them, but it would be worth it to see where you stand.

ya just tell them about your offense (making a sharp u-turn on a two lane road) and ask them what you should do to keep your liscense) they will either tell you that you can fight it in court or that you will have to surrender your liscense when you get the letter in the mail

not sure, never had one sent to me, but i do know once you get it you have a week to take it to the DMV. also your suspension term does not start till you give it to them

i believe so, ask the DMV they know the laws/repercussions better than i do
Atleast, depending on how many points. For all you know, it could be a year depending on your driving record, type of vehicle, and whether or not the cop stated if you were hostile or polite.

I had the same thing happen to me. It's not looking too good for you man. I had my licence suspended for 6 months and had to pay a fine. Sorry to hear man, keep up updated and good luck with your case.

ya man there is nothing to worry about with this ****.. hell i had a 19 over and a 23 over at the age of 16 and didn't loose my liscense.. didn't go to court or even use a lawyer, there are always loopholes
