How is that the same, Tracy? The guy asked a question about 240s and then gets jumped on by HalfBaked and his crowd, along with a few others. Then the dude gets pissed and starts a flame war. It ended up 7 pages of going back and forth before it was locked - this thread is now 7 pages of people insulting Doug and Gio, although Gio is the kind of person to not throw mud back just to start shit.

I didn't notice anyone asking to close it to Erin - but they could have used PMs. Yes, this is the internet and people should be free to say what they want - but you should also try and be a decent human being, not just on the internet but in your daily life. Respect, integrity and class are things that are severely lacking on this board.

You say you don't like threads deleted because you fight back - and that's your choice. Other people don't want their business out in the open with every two bit hack who has bits and pieces of information chiming in their two cents. It's nothing but that - personal preference. Just because one person wants something one way doesn't mean everyone else should feel that way.

Anyways, I think everyone needs to take a step back and calm down. The people involved should handle it, not the entire population of Import Atlanta. :)

Whatever, Val :2up:. I made some phone calls to the appropriate people (like I said I wanted to) and it was handled. There is no need for me to explain things to you much further than I am about to. I thought it was wrong that the thread was closed and deleted and the IA admins agreed. It's no longer about what I think or what you think anymore!!!
