    They are responsible if its in thier care. Inside or out, Front or back. If it was behind the fence, it would have been a no brainer. BUT, since they had the keys, you were not in "control" of the car, it was thier choice to leave it out front. If they had left it in the street and it got hit, it'd be thier fault for leaving it in harms way...right?! , not yours right!...well....

    There used to be a large theft ring locally, thats what the Gwin cops told us when they came out.
