    Default ECU Question

A friend of mines has a 2002 Nissan Altima SE 3.5 w/ intake & exhaust, and he's curious as to what options he has when it comes to chipping his ECU. If anyone has any info let me know....thanks.

    Soldering Pen with needle tip
    Phillips Screwdriver
    Desoldering Work desk(If you want)

Lol, he probably has only one option. That is to run rich, basically.

    What I'm asking is:

+Can he buy an ECU already chipped?
-If so, from who and how much?

+Or, where could he get his own ECU chipped?
    -By who and how much?

(FYI) -> He's currently located in South Florida.
