thanks man i should have deleted this i already got mny answer the forst day i posted this by mr. kidd. but appreciate the info anyway.

yes they work great you won't pick up much power but you should gain quite a bit of torque well worth the time and money if you ask me.

just ask yourself this most b series vtec guys run type r cams for turbo builds right? ok well the specs on the crower 404's are very close to what a factory type r cams vtec lobe is.

if you don't belive me dyno stock cams then change to these
