You'd have to pressurize the system just as a radiator. I've seen a pressure testing tool that AAP made. Basically block off 1 end of the intercooler completely and then pressurize the other end while making sure air is not leaking out that same end and listen for the leak. If it holds pressure than it's probably not leaking. Why do you think your intercooler is leaking?

I don't know if it is. I just converted my Mazdaspeed 6 from a Top Mount Intercooler to a Front Mount and I want to check and make sure that all the piping and everything had no leaks.

Small leak or larger you can hear air escaping if you listen.

easiet way to see if it has any leaks...drive the car. Check your boost gauge, get on it hard to see if the pipes blow off. If Not, your good.

Rican-are you running worm clamps are T-bolts? Look into getting t-bolts. They look nicer, work better, and dont tear up anything. They are about 5 bucks a clamp but they apply equal pressure all the way around the pipe.
