it wont lean out, the purpose of race gas is you can run more timing. you will have to worry about detonation with other gas. just get a quick retune on c16.

different fuels do have different combustion characteristics. a car tuned solely on 93 octane will not run the same on pure racegas and vice versa even if timing wasn't advanced for the racegas.
going from one racegas to another probably won't be too serious a change unless the octane ratings are way different. it probably wouldn't hurt to try it on the dyno with wideband with a different racegas just in case it does need some tweaking.
batlground had some vp import, but don't know if they normally stock it.

Cool thanks guys I have an appointment with ED at balanced next week and I will look into the C16...b/c the Vp Import is like $24.00 per gallon and that is just ludacris...any idea what the c16 sells for?
We also sell C16 at Batlground and always have it in stock.
c16 is between $10-$12 a gallon. Ed will take care of your tune

c16(117 oct) will support 0-1000 hp proven. Most guys switch to meth after that...but some still stay with gas. VP import is retarded. Sunoco Maximal(116 oct) is also good **** for a good price usually.
