Default H22a accord, what would it run?

I got an offer for a trade, it's a 95 accord with a JDM H22a, supposedly freshened up with new pistons, rods, and rings. Let say the car is completely stock except the H22a and the H22a is stock as well, not even a header or CAI, what would it run in the 1/4 mile? The car is a 2 door 95 honda accord.

While I'm at it, what would this car go for price wise. The body is semi straight, no major dents, no rust, just a spot of primer on the roof, but it's no where near perfect. It has 17" konig rims as well.

If that's the case, I'll keep my gas hog and swap the heads so it'll be a 13 second car.

Yeah if it's 5spd it should run very high 14's to low 15's depending on if those pistons are good or not. If it's an automatic probably high 15's. Price wise it should be between 3500-5000 at the most.
