    the point of the thread is to help people build thare own piping i guess nobody has info on the demensions of piping for integra

    How is this so hard for you to comprehend? The dimensions of the piping SOLELY depends on what intercooler and manifold you buy, what turbo, and how much power you are anticipating to put down.

    You post back with exactly what intercooler you are running, exactly where it is going, precisely what turbo and manifold you are running, then I am sure someone can tell you a little more about it...until then quit bumping this thread.
