    Default valve cover paint

    ok i have a h22 and i was going to paint the valve cover so i was woundering if i should use hi temp paint or i bought some wrinle red paint that dosnt say high temp is it going to be fine or not, i have goten different answers from a lot of people

    hi temp paint wil work. butit will eventually start coming off.. best thing to do is have it professionally painted with the same stuff they paint oem valve covers with

    i have said it before its all in the prep. i have never had a prob with my valve covers. even when i first started and used spray paint. i use alot better products now but nothing high temp.
