Where can I Find Turbo Rebuild/Repair kits and Spare parts?

I'm going to be getting a lot of used turbos that may not nessecarily be in the best shape and I want to try to rebuild them. So I need to find a source for spare parts and rebuild kits. Mostly for garret turbos.

I saw some exhaust housing on Ebay for a good price I don't know if they was for a IHI but look into it. I do know they sell the exhaust housing and compressor housings too.

What I'm trying to find though are turbine housing, turbine wheels, compressor wheesl, compressor covers, bearing housing, and repair kits locally. I don't need a shop to do it for me I'm somewhat of a do it yourselfer.
