Its funny that it could only beat the GT3 by one second... it has 65 more hp! The GT3 has 415, while the GT-R has 480.

Repost. They discussed this on the first two pages. Yes, it has more power, but it's also a tank. Check the weight. Considering the balance of the two, it's a respectable time.
