a problem
the bmw i posted about is titled to somebody who isnt the seller. i KNOW its not stolen and the guy whos selling it is legit and has permission to do so, but his name isnt on the title. what can i do about registering it to my name?
will this even be a problem if i have a bill of sale with his drivers liscence number and adress?
