New project car suggestions
So's I've been slowing working towards my ultimate dream of building a fast (11sec or quicker) car. The current volvo is nearing the pinnacle of where I am willing to take it in current form, but the next motor sits on the stand currently.
Anyway, I'm looking for something lightweight, relatively old school (so parts will be cheap), rwd and hopefully plentiful. The current plan is to swap my built motor and turbo into the car. I don't want to shed too many details other than the fact that the motor is fully built, and has a 4 banger turbo. So, what suggestions?
Oh yea. Light (>2800lbs), RWD and Old school (95 or older). I'm open to any and all suggestions. I want to do full cage, 4 link rear subframe assembly if necessary and any other things necessary to make it quick.
