Default Damn I love turbo cars!

I love my Porsche 944 Turbo S sooooo much. TIS the turbo season, I love the fall and winter, that cold air makes nice horsepower gains! You guys like my 944?

That pic was taken at a Porsche concours at Kurt's Restaurant in Duluth. The car is a 5 time PCA Concours 1st place winner! What a car.

Hmmm, don't know exactly how to prove that I own that car, but you are more than welcome to come drive her!? I live in Woodstock. Here is a pic of the car when I ran a PCA rally last year, does that help?

This was taken directly off the Porsche Club website:

    2006 Rally #3
    Low Country Boil
We had thirteen cars enter the rally and all thirteen made it to the party. The rally ended at the Brandt’s lake house, for a "Low Country Boil." It was a hot day. People were able to cool off in the lake, enjoy their favorite beverage, and discuss the rally. The "Low Country Boil" was delicious. Greg and his mom really out did themselves this year.

When the scores were counted the results were:
    FinishTeamTotalSOP
Class1stJack and Kathy Baker2082ndMaria and Ron Cordell3813rdChris and Barbara Gellner4584thRob Casey and Linda Lessenberry5535thDavid and Cathi Muckerman6446thKen Griggs and Laura Antolovich7167thKevin Collins and Matt Keifer9168thBart Schilt and Cindy Turpin1504Tour
Class1stAndrea Schmidt and Miguel Carrero3902ndTroy Stowe and Greg Hunt4053rdDel Burch and Ann Delatte4204thBrett and Ryan Knights6705thMitch De Francis and Jeff Allen1090

Without workers we could not put on a rally. Workers get points toward end of the year awards. Thanks to **** Kjellsen, Cathy Saxton, Leslie Mitcheltree, Joel Barrett, Joan and Richard Rose, Bob and Vee Clark and David. Again, a special thanks to Greg Brandt and his Mom.

    ----------------------------------------------------------

Now what this tells you is we came in last place, why? Because we we going to damn fast, we were flashing through the check points so fast, they thought we were using highways to get to the check points! You can be penalized for going to fast! My friend Jeff and I were having a great time. The PCA guys were not happy with us for driving so quickly, we also got the finish line first too! What a great time.

Now do you believe its my car? By the way, my car won Porsche Club Concours Grand Champion for 2005. It is that clean.

I just sat and watched your signature for like 5 minutes. Nice one!

I am only defending myself because I am a noob, don't want you guys to think I am posing. No worries, I'll try not to be defensive.

what have you done under the hood? I read an article on these the other day and they said if you do minor tweaks to the ECU, exhaust, and injectors and the car will do 180mph all day. your ride is tight. when I get my Merk back I want to run you.

Always loved the 944. But I have to be rich to own one.
When I have the money to get it, I worry about the cost to maintain.
When I have the money to get it and maintain it, I would rather get a better car.
When I am too rich, I can do whatever I wanted.

Why are you on a car forum when you know NOTHING about cars. I have replaced probably 10 944 TRANSAXLES not transmission. They are the easiest transaxle I have ever replaced. Also how the **** is even weight distribution for the loss??
