Default Help! After obd0->obd1 conversion LOST POWER!

I was wondering if this happened to anyone else.

After I got my (b16 powered) crx converted to obd1, I seemed really sluggish (and hesitates) before vtec engages (compared to when I was obd0). I did noticed after switching from the pw0 to the jdm p30, my vtec crossover point went from around 5k to 6k. Could that be the problem? Could wiring be the problem? I have a CTR intake cam could the be the problem? I'm throwing a code 20 also I might add. Also a tuneup was performed at the same time, so maybe something went wrong there? I dont know what's up with the car. I just want the little power I had back . If you got any suggestions/ideas LMK. Thanks for your help.

Changing the crossover up in the rpms by 1000 should make the vtec x-over more noticeable.

You may be having issues with weak spark considering you're poppin a code20. Did you use a conversion harness?

Check your ignition timing... when you say "tune up", what all does that entail to you? I'm asking because if you went all out and changed your timing belt as well, then you may have a slight timing issue.

tune up = spark plugs, cap, button, fuel filter.

my timing belt is good because I only had my swap for about 10k-15k

With your "tune up" it wouldn't make any negative affects towards your performance, only increased if anything. I mean your new ECU has a different MAP so of course it won't run the same, just get it chipped & tuned & it'll feel better than ever!

Make sure your running only ONE oxygen sensor too.. Not the two that's needed for the OBD-0 ECU. and you should of had to change to a 4-wire o2 anyway.

Thanks for the help guys! What I thought was a code really wasnt a code (I had the damn code jumper switch in the wrong position). I also changed my spark plug wires with new ones and add a new performance mod and my car picked up a bit. I believe once the vtec crossover point raised, the dip in power before vtec kicks in became more drastic and hence the lost in power. Plus, everytime I shift, I drop to that power range. So tuning is in my near future. reps to everyone I can!!!
