    All out show means having ridiculous and overdone modifications. Sleeper generally means a car that goes like stink but looks like it too. Clean and tasteful is the way to go.

    Not true. Most people make their cars semi quick, and leave them looking like absolute ****, with rattle can paint etc. That's not a sleeper at all, that's an ugly car with work done to it. A sleeper is a car that you would NOT expect, usually totally stock looking, but blisteringly fast...take for instance...an old dodge caravan with a built SRT-4 swap...THAT is a sleeper. A banged up, rattle can black EF with a GSR is just a piece of **** with a powerful swap. Because let's be honest, when you see a car that most people try to call sleepers, your first thought is 'gee I wonder what's done to that thing', a sleeper would never provoke such a thought, because you wouldn't even notice it.

    Complete sleepers are boring. If I wanted a car that looks gorgeous stock I'd get a BMW. I like cars that are very fast but have some tasteful exterior mods, rims, drop, lip kit all around, maybe some fancy headlights.

    I think you misunderstood his analogy.

    To "go like stink" means that it's fast.

    I prefer a clean all-around performer. Simple looks but good performance capabilities.
