I always have since Dan tried to get me to buy one about 6 years ago and we went to look at them and test drove them. I think they are ugly. I think women look better driving them. To me that equates to gay. There is nothing factual to "which one is more gay" so anything anyone says in here is said out of stereotypingIf you must know, I voted Civic for poll purposes. I also think Skylines are gay. Does that make you curious, too? Or did you take something I said personal? I even think that 240's are pretty gay. It just so happens that they work the best for what I do right now

Civics are good for 2 things. Gas mileage and reliability. I personally don't think either of those puts it in the gay catagory but to each his own.
240s. RWD is a saving grace. I don't care who says what, y ou can slide a stock one and slide it good. Ask anyone who went to our events and saw my Red Bull 240. Stock motor, cust springs and open diff.
Everyone has a reason to like or dislike cars. If you think they are gay, awesome. Others might not. For people to get all hurt in the butt and nuts up over it is dumb.

I don't neccesarily think either Civics or 240's are gay, but I don't like a good percentage of them, mostly because they are commonly ruined by retards who get their hands on them. I don't like Civics that owners think are mad fast with just an intake, exhaust, and some stickers. I don't like 240 owners who think they can drift because they are RWD, and blame their lack of an lsd when they find out they actually can't. Unfortunatly there are a lot of these kind of Civic/240 owners that are like that. Oh and by the way I own a Civic, so stop your crying you squealing pus.sy.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with a stock civic or a stock 240, and there is nothing wrong if you put wheels on them, tint the windows, and put in a decent stereo so you can just cruise around, and enjoy your ride
Its when you start kitting your car with the buddy clubs, and mega drops, and front end GS300 conversions is when it gets gay.
IMO anything with Lambo doors, and wide body kits and exhaust that sounds like a wave of dying horses, thats gay.
but I can relate to this whole juevinille feeling when driving a civic, I drive a red hatch right now with some monstrously loud exhaust, its for sale so I am too lazy to change it but damn do I feel like I am 16 in that thing.

not as bad assed as you think. My father, a mechanic for many years had a guy bring a raggedy '78 911 with 305 swap into the back. Car handled like ass, and the 305 idled horribly and was prone to overheating. It was pretty quick in a straight line though.
That being said, I've seen more poser civics than I've seen poser 240sxs. However, on the flip side of the coin, there are a ****-ton of raggedy 240sxs. Depends on what you like, but civics are teh gay in my book. You see too many of em around.

My buddy Tyler's dad has a Porsche 914 with a big wide-body kit and a 350 shoehorned into it. Thing was a nightmare to drive...in the sense that you always had to know exactly what you were doing, what you are doing, and what you plan to do. You can't let up for a second at speed. Haha...it's a blast. I'm gonna go get a photo of it. The body's fallen to **** but it's still barely drivable.

I really wanted a 944 a while ago. I've seen people do LS1/2 or LT1 swaps in them...and apparently, it doesn't mess up the weight distribution too badly.
where are you guys getting the idea that 240's are common? i see maybe 1 or 2 bone-stock 240's whenever i am on the road and usually they are pretty clean...i rarely ever see an aero'd sr 240 with coilovers and nice offset rims...and i will see atleast 10-15 riced out hondas...the other day i saw an yellow integra with flames and had GTR on the back...never in my life saw a riced out 240sx though...
any day of the week a lightweight , rwd , well balanced , multi-link suspension'd 240sx >>>> fwd civic with 2 days of engineering behind it.

Well, if you're asking for personal opinion. I like 240's because you can slide around without trays. But everyone has different taste and I've seen some really clean and nice civics, and some really clean and nice 240s. AND some really riced out civics and same for 240s. So it just depends on what the owner is doing with the car. but I'd take a 240 over a civic

I don't think believe it or not, either car is ghey. I do believe the things I've seen done to both, makes them very ghey sometimes.
Alas, RWD>FWD....though if the 240 has no mods done, its as fast (or slow)as a Civic, all 150-155 hp of fury.
