A DC Sports 4-1 header is more of a race/rally set up designed for peak top end power.
4-2-1 (Tri-Y headers) set up is the best for daily driven cars.

In your case (b18c1) i would go with a 4-1, increased rpms, reduced back pressure.
X2......but then again, it's not just the header you need to focus on.....
