    what are the best head.. and cams for that motor?

    the best head? I don't think make any other heads for that motor...you can't really swap anything out, and I don't think there are many aftermarket parts for it neither, sorry to say. I think they only thing you can do to it is boost, but I never really did any research on a dohc zc...

    header - bisimoto hands down

    cams - not a lot offered here because its the only dohc d-series (a8 and a9 too). they are all regrinds to my knowledge.

    Yeah, there is not alot of stuff, b/c they are a waste of, time, cheap is the only thing good, I think I rather have a saturn 2001 1.9 L DOHC auto then this, thing

    i didnt do shit to mine it was a DD plus i didnt know anything about cars then. DIY and service manuals are the only reason i know what i know now lol never had anyone around to learn from
