do i need a new wheel bearing?
do i need a new wheel bearing?
Just the brake assembly or the wheel/hub itself? With the car parked and not jacked up what happens if you push the top part of the wheel/tire towards the car? Then with it jacked up (and in gear) is there movement when you grasp the front and rear of that wheel/tire and shake it?Originally Posted by Dirty Octopus™
check your tie rods also
That ball joint could be back too.
when does it wobble wobble? when u apply the brakes or while under acceleration?
if while braking, your rotors could be warped-resurface if above min. machine limit or replace if below.
if under acceleration-loose or worn susp. parts, a tire maypop, bent rim (oops, u might not want to know that, sorry) or just simply out of balance-replace what's necessary!
& last i forgot... if you hear a roar (roadnoise) that seems to get louder as you drive faster- wheel bearing assembly or tire maypop
if i knew what the fuck "wabbly" was i might be able to tell ya.....
