Look all you have to do is talk to my boy Moe. Moe's screen name is Sayajin he can get you a legal skyline. Its is actually about knowing people and that is key. Moe has a gtr-33 and it is registered as a skyline. The company he deals with actually puts books out about the skylines they sale and other things.
