    Default 5-lug conversion on S13 ?

Alright I 'm looking for a set of 16" gold mesh wheels with a polished lip and the problem I'm having is trying to find those in 4x114. I'm really considering a 5 lug conversion so I can have a better choice of wheels (and GT-R brakes ). I have seen aftermarket 5-lug hubs that will bolt straight up, but I 've heard a rumor that you have to use S14 lower control arms is this true? It's going on a 180SX, in case having Altima sized brakes makes a difference which I doubt. Any help would be appreciated. Also if anyone is selling a set of these rims let me know.

What he said^^^^. But if you look hard enough you can find some nice 4 lug wheels out there. And you don't have to switch to 5 lug just to run the Z32 or GTR brakes.

S14 LCA doesnt fit worth a shit on an S13, atleast, in my experience. I went and pressed in S14 ball joints into my S13 LCAs. Also, S14 LCA's are longer, and have a different curve to them

^^^^^ S14 LCAs DO NOT FIT S14. Otherwise S14 front knuckles fit with S13 LCA with S14 ball joints, rear S14 hub bolt up to S13. IMO search for 4 lug wheels and drill out Z32 rotors to fit...it'll save you lots of money. 5 lug upgrades alone could run upwards of $300, I got mine for free so no complaints here.
