Default T3 to VNT adapter, where to get?

I am upgrading my T3 to a VNT from a Jeep Liberty CRD (diesel) VNT and need to get an adapter plate made. Can anyone give suggestions on where to get this locally? I have a spare exhaust (cast iron) manifold and the turbo in hand if needed. I also need to get my intake (aluminum) modified to take a 2.5" intake from the intercooler. Any suggestions on where to get locally would be appreciated. If anyone has had a t3 type plate made before let me know how much I can expect to spend. The VNT has 4 bolt totally non square and do not appear to conflict with the t3 bolts in any way.
