    I'm gonna assume it's lamin-x yellow film with a high kelvin (bluish) HID bulb behind it, normally a 3000k bulb is used -- i've searched and searched and can not find ANY race class anywhere that uses green...

    Probably. We did a similar thing with a buddy's STi. Stock 6000k bulbs + yellow film meant SUPER green HID's. It was pretty sick.

    That wasn't the light that was green. It was the film put over the headlights. And you haven't seen green in any Le Mans races or anytihng. Probably in some local or regional/local racing. Later, QD.

    It was local Porsche club racing.
