man you are hell bent on stroking it. Dont you think that anybody who spends the money on stroking the engine is going to have it done right? That doesnt matter. It could be built by the best engine builder in the country and only last 1500 miles. A stroked B18C just isn't a good idea. It is not worth the money. The rod/stroke ratio or the B18C is superior to the R/S ratio of a stroked B18C. When you stroke the engine, the piston speed will go up, which means the engine will wear faster. Just have your engine bored out a little (1mm over will give you about 20cc's extra in the engine.) You could have it sleeved and go with 84mm or 84.5mm pistons, which would put you around 2.0L. Since the stroke remains the same, you will be able to rev to 8k+ rpm just as with a stock bore B18C1. Remember, if you up the displacement, you will need bigger cams and need to get the head worked to flow more.
