    Default ls/vtec turbo help

i going to turbocharge my 94 integra. So far i have a ls block with a b16 head. i want to use eagle rod ,but i don't which pistons to use or what c/r is best. I also wanted to know if it is worth it to bore my block to a 2.0, and would i have to sleeve it, and if my stock crankshafts would hold up.
I am going to use 550cc injectors. my gaol is to make a 300 -350 hp. i am using a greddy turbo kit. i am going to get it tuned at mainstream performance.

for your power goals, you don't need to sleeve or bore the block.

use pistons with compression between 9:1 and 10:1 . Wiseco makes good pistons - coated on top. CP pistons tend to expand too much, so I don't like those a lot.

stock crank is dead solid, don't worry about it ... it will hold twice of what you are shooting for, lol

you will max out your 550 injectors though, but that's OK. I ran 1.5 years at 97% duty cycle on mines, but I know what I'm doing, haha

the 18g turbo that comes with the Greddy kit is big enough.

    good luck.

Your power goal is very doable without sleeving your block. Bore out 0.5mm so that you have a true bore, and hone. 9.0:1 is kinda low for my taste. I would do somewhere 9.6-10.5. I used 9.8:1 81.5mm CP pistons and eagle rods for my set up. Get your crank micropolished and balanced, and use new bearings. You might max out your 550cc, so look into 750cc. Prepare to spend big money for everything. Good luck!

i would not go with the greddy kit personally. a) the 18g is not really big enough
    b) you will need to get a custom downpipe done
    c) the entire greddy kit is really meant for 250whp or less.
you can piece one together yourself cheaper and get things you need.

i think that you should go with a super 20g.. i am going ls/vtec right now.. and i am going to stick with that turbo.. i am currently at 7psi.. on a stock ls turbo.. car with 141,000 miles and going.. and i have 230whp.. at 7psi... i am happy with it.. i am also have a stock b16 head like you too.. and i have arias pistons.. and eagle rods.. that i am putting in my block.. so basically we are going to have the same setup.. other than a couple of things..
