    for your power goals, you don't need to sleeve or bore the block.


    use pistons with compression between 9:1 and 10:1 . Wiseco makes good pistons - coated on top. CP pistons tend to expand too much, so I don't like those a lot.

    stock crank is dead solid, don't worry about it ... it will hold twice of what you are shooting for, lol

    you will max out your 550 injectors though, but that's OK. I ran 1.5 years at 97% duty cycle on mines, but I know what I'm doing, haha

    the 18g turbo that comes with the Greddy kit is big enough.

    Your power goal is very doable without sleeving your block. Bore out 0.5mm so that you have a true bore, and hone. 9.0:1 is kinda low for my taste. I would do somewhere 9.6-10.5. I used 9.8:1 81.5mm CP pistons and eagle rods for my set up. Get your crank micropolished and balanced, and use new bearings. You might max out your 550cc, so look into 750cc. Prepare to spend big money for everything. Good luck!
