If your friend wants more power, honestly the 4e isnt that great. I like it more for the mpg then anything. 40-45 hwy is pretty sweet. I'm maybe putting 120whp as is. If he wants alittle more power, just keep the 5e, swap to Paseo 5e harness/distributor/ecu set up and turbo it. They sell all the stock 4efte components to turbo a 5e for like $700. at the stock .75 bar you will be just fine. Anything over that though and he'll need better rods. the 4e @ 1 bar on stock turbo (with supporting mods) is good for about 180-200bhp, the 5e (with a 4e set up and 5efhe rods) @1 bar is good for about 200-220bhp and plenty more tq. The stock turbo is what really makes this engine slow......its so tiny
