Ok....first off I know you put 20k into the car, but that doesn't make it worth 20k. Try selling it and see what you get....not that you would but I am just saying.

I know bryant with the 2j kouki couldn't get near 2k for his car...sure yours has some more motor stuff done, but just think about it....

A $3,000 paint job is hard to justify on really any car that's not a top of the line show car, a complete recolor of a newer car or what not. When I had my s13 I had a silvia front end on it and was looking forward to painting it midnight purple.

Kind of like the Skyline purple. I think that would look hot on a sil-80 converted 240.

But if you got the money, and you don't care about throwing it into a $1500 car then go ahead and paint that bitch with a $3000 paint job. --more power to ya.
