now you need an ecu (which we can get you) chipped, and tuned and you will be safe. If you dont tune it there is a definate chance you wont have time to enjoy it.

get a p28, take it mainstream and have scotty chip it with crome and tune it. the ecu will run about $100 and i think they charge $80 for the chip and to put in the ecu. not sure what tuning is per hour.

    vtec turbo apprx 3hr

it could take less depending on setup, issues, etc.

nope. i've got socketed/chipped p28 for you. you need to use a civic/integra obd1 ecu to socket/chip. once that's done any map/parameters can be loaded then.

Don't push your luck on an un-tuned setup or you will be pushing that 3k+ painted tin can.

For 3k+ I would expect the car to tune itself and drive itself, and mac females, and....

3k is to god damn much for any paint job, especially a midnight blue paint job, you need to go get more estimates.

It's not too much when they have to fix what he already tried to fix. It's like doing double work. It could also be a multi-stage paint and he could have asked for multiple layers of clear coat.
