Those are just random parts that were sitting on top after being painted....look at pic #6

I wouldn't put any badges on it but it really doesn't look that bad. If you just happened to have the parts laying around and a donor car why not? The rear fenders are just like the E30 M3. I'd either remove or swap out the wing though
