Black wheels with a chrome lip always looks good on white cars. Check out Tenzo R's. They have quite a few different styles with black and a chrome lip that would look good in different sizes.

What the fuck are you talking about Nismo? Do you even know what it stands for or who they are? There is no such thing as "nismo limited edition" on 1997 Sentra. If they did indeed have one then it would be on the SE-R only. The only differance between a GXE and GXE-LE is 14" wheels instead of 13" inch and a tachometer...and a badge saying LE.

Whatever you get, make sure that you get those rings that go inside. Hub rings. If not, you will never get a good alignment. I had that problem and it helped.
