Is he running it on pump gas? if so, with a build up like that (LS/vtec with ctr) is a driving time bomb due to high compression.

wow i'm not the britest bulb in the pack, but i will say if you have an allmotor build a 62mm is way enough. in fact here's my build i'm in the process of:

    HEAD

Bisimoto - head work and parts
    D16a6 head
    5 angle valve job
    stg 3 cam - hardweld: 0.472/0.449 (268/252)
    Springs + Titanium retainers
    Bisi's adjustable cam gear
    Bisi's header
    RS*R Ex-mag Exhaust 60mm piping

D16z6 intake manni port match for tb (only to break in the motor)
B18c 60mm tnrottle body (only to break in the motor)
AEM cold air intake (only to break in the motor)

CBR929rr 42mm individual throttle bodies (once engine is broken in)
D15b2 intake flange cut and pipes welded for itb's till i can afford a CNC flange w/pipes
