    cant they just get a floor jack to jack up the car and to one tire 1 by one?? how did they get the tires and wheels on in the 1st place?

    I went to Kaufmann in Alpharetta on Winward, they took great care of the car. They had a full inground system

    most places use frame lifts...the ones with the four square pads raising the car to waist height. You can't drive up on them with low front bumpers and/or can't use them with certain side skirts. Then probably against policy to solely use floor jacks, not to mention can't jack the rear up without bottoming out the front bumper. Lowered cars can be a PITA, that's why i'm putting air jacks on my next car
