Default need help on wastegate problem civic

aight i got sohc boost t3/t4 turbo with the tial 38mm wastegate and a 3.63 psi spring but idk what is wrong here.
    Heres what happens:

If i press on the gas hard from a stop the car goes but the wastegate opens from about 1,000rpm to 2,000rpm then closes boosts up and then reopens on the setting for the boost controller.

If i get on the gas progressively the wastegate doesnt open until it is supposed to on the boost controller.

Also the same thing if im am already rolling i have to progressively step on the gas or else the wastegate opens
    Any help would be great

First off, i like how you post this question, but your sig says "you wont regret it". Apparently, they will. Anyways, try switching out the spring, if it happens again, repost the problem.
